Helen's Return Policy
1) For merchandise that is received damaged buyer must file an insurance claim with the insurance provider.
2) Merchandise returns for merchandise buyer believes is not exactly as advertised must be within 30 days of delivery of merchandise. You must call Helen at 703-330-7901 for a return authorization. Returns must arrive at Helen's Baskets in the same condition they left here in. Once condition is verified, Helen will refund purchase price and delivery cost paid by buyer. Return postage and insurance is buyer's responsibility.
3) Refund may be by credit to credit card used or by check if check was used for payment.
